On Thursday, 12 March 2026, the team from Gimnazija Nova Gradiška successfully completed their work under Module 1. During the meeting the students worked on developing their own ideas on paper, through structured thinking about the problem, the goal of the solution, the description of the idea, the requirements list and the morphological matrix. Alongside that planning and writing, they also had a short practical challenge in which they built models of their solutions out of waste and secondary raw materials. For that part they had only 15 minutes, which pushed them further towards quick thinking, organisation, cooperation and clearly focused model-making guided by the idea they had planned. At the end of the meeting each group presented and defended its idea in front of the others, with 2 minutes and 30 seconds to speak. In that time they had to clearly set out the problem they are tackling, the initial logic of their solution and how they approached working out the idea and building the model. With this meeting Module 1 was successfully completed with this group, and the students showed creativity, resourcefulness, team spirit and a readiness to develop their ideas through structured work and public presentation.
