The second annual Design District Festival concluded yesterday in Zagreb (14-18 June). FabLab.hr rounded off the festival programme by delivering a series of workshops. FabLab supported the children’s Designathon and delivered a number of workshops ranging from SketchUp and 3D printing to work with traditional material-processing techniques. We would like to thank the students of Zagreb’s secondary schools – the Faust Vrančić Mechanical Technical School, the XV Gimnazija and the XIII Gimnazija – for their hard work over these few days, and of course their mentors, Ms Kristina Škaler, prof., and Ms Morana Pap, doctoral student at the Faculty of Architecture. Naturally, we also thank our young visitors and we hope they had fun.
