SCOPE

FOR women and girls in science!

The project portfolio of the Ruđer Bošković Institute (RBI) is worth more than 110 million euros, which places Croatia’s largest institute at the very top when it comes to attracting European funding. This success is the result of the work of all 1,010 RBI employees, 793 of whom are scientists and researchers. Women account for as much as 61 per cent of that number, putting the Institute above both the Croatian and the European average for the share of women in the total number of scientists and researchers, the RBI pointed out to mark the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
