On Sunday, 12 October 2025, we were part of the Chestnut Festival in Petrinja, an event dedicated to families, children and young people. We took part under our project Thematic Systemic Support for civil society organisations.

We presented hands-on sessions that bring together digital technology and sustainability. Children and young people explored the world of 3D modelling, got to know how a 3D printer works and watched interesting models take shape layer by layer. It sparked their imagination and their willingness to work together. 💡

Through the BIOPLAnet project, we put the emphasis on sustainability and the circular economy. The little ones had the chance to make DIY bioplastic and to learn more about recycling and reusing plastic – with plenty of curiosity along the way! ♻️
