Yesterday was sunny and perfect for a hands-on programme in the city on four rivers. The county mathematics competition was held at Grabrik Primary School in Karlovac, and afterwards the pupils had the chance to join the activities we ran as part of the STEMerica project together with the Institute for Entrepreneurial Education and Innovation and the Professor Balthazar association. Our association ran the parachutist, Makey Makey banana playing and 3D pen stations. The pupils played ‘’Brother John’’ using bananas, made parachutists out of bags and clothes pegs, and used 3D pens to make a table, hearts, cherries and the like.
