On Friday, 13 March 2026, to round off the week, we had another get-together with the students from Gimnazija “Matija Mesić” (@gimnazijamatijamesic) Slavonski Brod, which was also the last get-together under Module 1. 🎊 During the meeting the students carried on developing and presenting their ideas through a structured approach to problem-solving. After the paper work, in which they defined the problem, the goal of the solution, the description of the idea, the requirements list and the morphological matrix, came a short practical challenge. They had 15 minutes to build a model of their solution using waste and secondary raw materials, turning their idea into a quick physical model. Working this way encourages creativity, teamwork and the ability to make decisions fast. At the end of the meeting each group presented its idea to the others, with 2 minutes and 30 seconds to speak, in which they had to explain the problem, the idea behind the solution and how they went about building the model. With this meeting Module 1 was brought to a successful close, and the students showed creativity, resourcefulness and a readiness to present their own ideas in public. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 fablabhr x @inncroit
